PDS Tech Inc Payroll Analyst in Irving, Texas

PDS Tech is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Irving, TX.

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of payroll support to our team members, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of the payroll data. The role of the Payroll Analyst includes but is not limited to weekly processing of all payroll activities; preparation, filing, and reconciliation of quarterly/annual federal and state tax returns; month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing; preparing W2s; preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to Accounting. The role must also have experience with biweekly processing of salaried professional, non-exempt, expatriate, and executive payroll using SAP Payroll, as well as processing additional payments such as bonuses, stock option vesting and exercising, and other special payments including processing large payroll files and preparing files for upload and/or input into SAP. The Payroll & Accounting Analyst will also assist with maintaining records and document retention; and be able to work a flexible schedule when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience

  • Payroll tax and financial reporting experience

  • SAP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP payroll, Success Factors, and other HR related systems experience

  • Degree in Finance or other business related discipline

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) by the American Payroll Association

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
