As a member of the PDS Tech Recruiting Team, you’ll work with Recruiters to develop creative strategies to find the best talent. We devise practical and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest a lot of time activating candidates through a highly engaged approach. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience from the initial reach out and first conversation a candidate has with us.
Work closely with Recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of the role, skill sets, market and location.
Generate candidates through various sourcing techniques using our internal database, social media, job boards, events, etc
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns.
Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, Social Media, Job Boards and alternative search techniques.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications & availability.
Interact with potential candidates on professional networks, via email, phone and video conference.
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines.
Create candidate profiles in applicant tracking system.
Work independently with little direction
Enjoy diving into new technology and techniques.

3+ years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting talent for Technology/Engineering roles.
3+ years of sourcing with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in experience.
Experience developing and executing candidate generation.
Proficient in screening resumes, match qualifications and engaging candidates.
Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge in using talent market insights and data.
Skilled in Boolean search, Social Media, Job Boards and Microsoft Suite.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience maintaining high volume of sensitive information.
Salesforce experience a plus.
