We’re seeking Sr. Repair Station Assemblers to join our weekend shift in Kirkland, Washington —and we’re offering a pay rate of $31/hour plus weekend differential with an amazing perk: work 36 hours but get paid for 40 . What’s the job?
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for advanced soldering and rework projects. You’ll also mentor and train others, all while rotating between various project cells. One day, you might be working on high-power assemblies; the next, you could be handling flight-critical products. Think of it as a flex role that lets you flex your skills across multiple exciting projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solder like a pro : Advanced tasks including wire splicing, crimping, and component removal (both lead and lead-free)
Tackle complex assemblies : High-power, flight-critical, and APC products are in your hands
Lead the charge : Train and mentor others in your craft
Collaborate & create : Work with engineering and development teams to build, troubleshoot, and assemble new projects
Be the expert : Help guide your team with technical know-how and problem-solving skills

What You Bring to the Table
Experience : 3+ years in advanced assembly and soldering
Certifications : Already have ESD, FOD, and Uniform Torqueing? Great! If not, you'll earn these along with IPC-A-610 and more.
Problem-solving skills : You know how to spot an issue and fix it, fast
Must be U.S. Person under ITAR : This is essential for eligibility
