Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lewisburg, TN

Shift: 3rd Shift, 10 PM - 6 AM

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our Materials & Logistics team. This role involves managing all aspects of shipping, receiving, packaging, preservation, inventory control, logistics, training, planning, employee performance evaluations, and problem-solving in a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records.

  • Lead and supervise a clerical team, including inventory, logistics, and planning staff.

  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with EH&S standards.

  • Track and resolve quality issues with units, providing recommendations for solutions.

  • Monitor yard trailer movements and manage radio communication.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend measures to enhance production.

  • Partner with union leadership to resolve issues and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety regulations.

  • Effectively manage hourly associates and achieve employee engagement goals.

  • Utilize Cx tools to improve production processes and correct deficiencies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Materials, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Logistics Center, Finance, HR, and EH&S.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 3+ years of experience managing or supervising in a warehousing, production, and/or planning environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience motivating, coaching, and leading hourly associates, preferably in a union environment.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a sense of urgency and result orientation.

  • Supervisory experience in materials workforce or shipping/receiving operations.

  • Knowledge in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with various groups.

  • Proficiency in using PCs and software applications.

Note: This position requires working all shifts in a 24-hour operation with weekend overtime as required.

Pay Details: $19.09 per hour
