PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator OnBoarding Specialist, in Littleton/Waterton, CO.

Job Description:

  • Recruitment Coordinator Onboarding Specialist, Professional Experienced team. This role provides recruitment and pre-onboarding support to the Space GTA experienced professional recruiting and hiring management team. The position works closely coordinating recruitment support from initial interview scheduling and travel to offer acceptance. This includes generating background checks and security clearances, setting start dates (converting candidates into employees), coordinating pre-employment activity, and preparing candidates for general onboarding at client. Position works closely providing talent advisory support with professional experienced level candidates, GTA recruiters and LM Space hiring managers, Leaders, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders throughout the hiring process at client.

Skills Required:

Technical Tools - Moderate to Advanced Proficiency with the follow technical tools is required; Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) OneNote, SharePoint, Visio and Tableau )or other metrics dashboards). Prior experience with ATS, HRIS tools. (BrassRing, ICIMS, Taleo, WorkDay, SuccessFactors). Proficiency with Slack, Textio, and integrated interview scheduling tools.


Seeking Minimum of 4-5 years prior Talent Acquisition or HR experience is required, preferably either in a Recruitment Coordinator or Recruiter role is required. (Previous Corporate Fortune 50 experience preferred.) • Strong Interpersonal, consultative and talent advisory skills required. Ability to create positive working relationships and alignment at all levels. Must guide, influence, redirect or manage conflict regarding process improvements or necessary policy engagement including pushing back to achieve aligned objectives, while working effectively with a variety of personalities. • Excellent communication skills are essential (both written and verbal). • Excellent problem solver. Must be solutions oriented with proactive professional judgement, strong follow through, and demonstrate strong strategic and critical thinking skills. Advanced ability to work independently demonstrating good judgement for problem solving under fast paced changing conditions is required. • Strong organizational skills: Must be detail oriented and extremely well organized, action oriented. Position requires the ability to multi-task changing priorities quickly as needed in a fast-paced environment, while delivering results. Superior time management skills required. • Must demonstrated ability to maintain/navigate critical confidential situations and information appropriately. • Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Skills Preferred:

Additional Information:

Must be within a reasonably close commute to Highlands Ranch, Colorado. (Office location will be off C470 at Lucent Blvd in Highlands Ranch – 80129) (Cities that work great to identify for a close commute include Littleton, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Aurora)
