PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Onboarding Specialist, in Littleton/Waterton, CO.

Job Descriptio n:

Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist, Professional Experienced team - This role provides recruitment coordinator and onboarding support to the Space Global Talent Acquisition team. The position works closely coordinating recruitment support from initial interview scheduling and travel to offer acceptance. This includes generating background checks and security clearances, setting start dates (converting candidates into employees), coordinating pre-employment activity, and preparing candidates for general onboarding at Lockheed Martin. Position works closely providing talent advisory support with professional experienced level candidates, GTA recruiters and LM Space hiring managers, Leaders, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders throughout the hiring process at Lockheed Martin. This role will participate in employee onboarding and new hire experience duties and project assignments. We are seeking recruitment coordinator support as well. A top priority in this position is to create and enhance the highest quality candidate experience possible. This includes ensuring all candidates experience a well-planned, seamless and smooth candidate interview, hiring and onboarding process along with clear and proactive communication throughout.

Skills Required:

This individual will exhibit exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and display professional courtesy and maturity in interactions with team and customers. Demonstrating proactive thinking and process support providing high quality results under short deadlines is critical to the success of the position. Moderate to Advanced Proficiency with the follow technical tools is required; ? Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) ? Prior experience & proficiency with OneNote, Visio, Box, Microsoft Edge & Microsoft Project. ? Prior experience & Proficiency with ATS & HRIS tools (BrassRing, ICMS, Taleo, WorkDay, SuccessFactors, etc) ? Prior experience using Slack and Textio and/or metrics & reporting tools like Tableau. ? Prior experience with integrated interview scheduling tools also required. • Strong Interpersonal, consultative and talent advisory skills required. Ability to create positive working relationships and alignment at all levels. Must guide, influence, redirect or manage conflict regarding process improvements or necessary policy engagement including pushing back to achieve aligned objectives, while working effectively with a variety of personalities. • Excellent communication skills are essential (both written and verbal). • Excellent problem solver. Must be solutions oriented with proactive professional judgement, strong follow through, and demonstrate strong strategic and critical thinking skills. • Advanced ability with prior examples of the ability to work independently demonstrating good judgement for problem solving under fast paced changing conditions is required. • Strong organizational skills: Must be detail oriented and extremely well organized, action oriented. Position requires the ability to multi-task changing priorities quickly as needed in a fast-paced environment, while delivering results. Superior time management skills required. • Must have previously demonstrated high levels of integrity and ethics, with the ability to maintain/navigate critical confidential situations and information appropriately. • Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Skills Preferred:

Experience Required 4 - 8 years prior experience. • Seeking Minimum of 4-7 years prior Talent Acquisition or HR experience is required, preferably either in a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Specialist, Recruiter role is required. (Previous Corporate Fortune 50 experience preferred.) • Seeking 2-3 years prior demonstrated experience with HR programs and project management lead or support. Must be comfortable and confident presenting to large live and virtual audiences. (We will ask for Powerpoint presentation during interviews)

Education Required: Bachelor's degree Preferred.

Additional Information: Position will be based in Highlands Ranch, CO and will have some flexibility for remote work but candidate should be local to the area
