PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Engineer 3 in Long Beach, CA
Manage the backlog and provide direction to a team of functional analysts and architects.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and product development
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
Participate in defining product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Actively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint goals
Keep up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
This position allows telecommuting.
The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The ideal candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
3+ years of experience analyzing processes, data, statistics and analytics to develop strategic and tactical recommendations for IT products and services.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Knowledge MRO products and services
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
- Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification.
