Conformal Coat Operator – Maple Grove, MN

Direct Hire Opportunity | ITAR Facility

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

About the Role

Join a dynamic team with an industry leader in manufacturing and engineering solutions. We’re seeking a Conformal Coat Operator with spray experience to contribute to high-quality electronic assembly coatings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Mask, mix, and apply conformal coatings or silicone by hand or using PVA machinery.

  • Perform hand spraying with a respirator, adhering to safety guidelines.

  • Inspect and touch up coatings with a black light to ensure compliance.

  • Apply coatings to flexible assemblies and perform potting using Asymtec equipment.

  • Communicate with Leads, Supervisors, Engineers, and Quality teams to prioritize tasks.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and report unsafe conditions.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

  • Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and use basic inspection tools.

  • IPC-610 Certification (required upon hire).

  • Must pass a respirator fit test, medical evaluation, and visual/color acuity exam.

Pay Details: $45,760.00 per year
