PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Program Manager, in Menlo Park, CA.

Summary:

  • Manage service process and repair quality to drive best in class results.

  • Manage third-party-vendors to deliver best in class performance for reverse logistics through monitoring of key metrics.

  • Drive new product readiness within the post sales network to include: materials availability, training, and repair entitlement.

  • Manage finished goods inventory replenishment and transfer process.

Skills:

Top 3 Must Haves (non negotiable)

  • 5+ Years Operational Management Experience in service operation or manufacturing

  • Drawn up service level expectations and established metrics

  • Project Management experience

Prerequisites:

  • Manufacturing or Repair environment background.

  • Experience using Oracle software for scheduling.

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding operational goals.

  • Analytical prowess and willingness to drive detail and operational excellence.

  • Experience working with diverse teams including technical, design and business experts.

Education:

  • BS/BA Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Degree is not a "must have" if candidate has 5+ years of operational experience
