PDS Tech Inc. is seeking an Access Administrator, in Mesa, AZ.

Summary:

  • Monitors and controls physical access to company property.

  • Recognizes authorized credentials.

  • Produces and issues identification credentials to comply with company requirements to insure persons on company property are correctly identified and are authorized access to property.

  • Operates company standard production equipment.

  • Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles and concepts to produce and maintain locks, keys and other physical access hardware.

  • Ensures compliance with government and company requirements regarding access, using company policies, procedures and processes.

  • Maintains required records into provided data management systems.

  • Working knowledge of record keeping requirements, pertinent databases, logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Responds to authorized inquiries.

  • Recognizes problems and suggest solutions concerning credentials, access devices and access control systems to ensure protection of people, property and information.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
