Job Title: Admin / Receptionist

Location: Mesa, AZ (85210)

Job Type: Full Time w/ Benefits

Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm

General Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between clients and office for administrative and payroll matters.

  • Answer phones and take messages when necessary

  • Assist manager with new employee orientations and processing new hire packages

  • Perform in-office drug screens (cheek swab)

  • Update internal ATS (applicant tracking system)

Other Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of team with sales and recruiting departments

  • Provide administrative support (Branch Manager and other office staff) as required.

  • Maintain/Update employee files

  • Input candidates into the database.

  • Assist with payroll when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • One to three years general office experience.

  • Excellent personal computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail is a must.
