PDS Tech Inc Forms Mgmnt Spec 3 in Mesa, Arizona

PDS Tech is seeking a Forms Management Specialist for an open position in Mesa, AZ

In your role, you will:

• Analyzes, designs and maintains dynamic electronic forms utilizing advanced scripting techniques and workflow processes

• Develops or customizes workflow applications to streamline business partner processes

• Gathers and interprets user requirements into design specifications

• Consults with process owners or process teams to analyze requirements and makes recommendations that utilize capabilities of development software and reduce manual processing

• Utilizes configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application

• Works with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems

• Maintains configuration control of designed forms and troubleshoots process owner database and e-form issues

• Shares knowledge with peers and recommends changes to common tools

• Delivers end-user training and Forms website content

• Works under limited supervision.

• Collaborates and ensures integration with associated Information Management lifecycle functions, business process architecture and Enterprise information system architecture

• Establishes and documents requirements for systems to provide electronic, real time access to data and other resources.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

• Proficiency in basic database systems

• Proficiency in basic networking systems (DNS, firewalls, database connectivity, file shares, user accounts)

• Proficiency in different programming languages/software

• Proficiency in scripting and workflow processes

• Proficiency with client side/server side programming

• Proficiency in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements

• Proficiency in UX/UI experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team facilitation

• Analysis, Design & Development of Fillable PDF (Adobe LiveCycle / Adobe Acrobat) based applications

• Proficiency with Web Services, XML, Adobe LiveCycle, JavaScript, SQL

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
