PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Data/Publication Specialist in Mesa, AZ.

Description:

• Evaluates engineering data for support ability for a fielded equipment minor system or components. Assists with establishing and sustaining maintenance task data and logistics support analysis records. Establishes and sustains supportability data and logistics support analysis records. Develops or updates component level publication elements. Generates standardized reports

• Currently seeking an Associate Logistics Data/Technical Publication Specialist to support Boeing Global Services in Mesa, AZ.

• This position will be performing technical analysis and authoring in an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) environment supporting the AH-64 Apache Program for the US Army as well as numerous international customers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluates engineering data for supportability for a fielded equipment minor system or components.

• Assists with establishing and sustaining maintenance task data and logistics support analysis records.

• Establishes and sustains supportability data and logistics support analysis records.

• Develops or updates component level publication elements. Generates standardized reports.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with technical publications

• Experience in a team-based environment

• Experience with analytics, communication and problem solving

• Army experience with MOS 15Y or 15R, long story short, apache maintainers Must be able to obtain a US security clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Experience in the development of technical manuals for military customers

• 3+ years of experience authoring technical publications

• Experience in AH-64 maintenance activities or other military rotorcraft

• Self-motivated and strive to continually develop skills and work with minimal direction

• Able to work in office environment and learn multiple computer applications and processes

Typical Education/Experience:

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
