You will be part of an International Aircraft Manufacturer Training Center based in Miami. This center delivers training on aircraft simulators to pilots from all over the world.
Your role is to assist this organization with HR Admin activities :
Personal Administration :
Capturing and maintenance of all master and transaction data of relevance to payroll for all the population for the following services
Personnel data update
Specific population management (temps, internships, local plus…)
Pension and insurance services
Health benefits management
Capturing and maintenance of all master data of relevance to time management for the following services
Time schedule maintenance / Time Schedule assignment
Follow up and correction of times
Capturing and updating of all master and transaction data necessary to produce the following services for all employees
Payroll Variable elements management
Salary raise / Promotion campaigns
Loans / Garnishments
Instalment /Payment in advance
Calculation and run of payroll
Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in HR admin role including Personal administration, time management, payroll management is required.
