PDS Tech Inc Customer Service Assistant in Morris Plains, New Jersey

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Morris Plains, NJ.


  • Serve as primary team member to handle all administrative functions for the Rebate Department, which is processing high volumes of energy efficiency rebates for numerous utility companies.

  • Receive rebate applications in the mail and ensure that all applications are stamped with the date they were received.

  • Count and sort applications accordingly.

  • Make copies of receipts as needed and scan all applications and copies supporting documentation into the system verifying that it has uploaded correctly.

  • Print letter correspondence for customers as required and verify that all systemic validations are appropriately functioning.

  • File applications in the designated order and appropriate location.

  • Assist with rebate data entry and data analysis/reporting needs as time allows.

  • Build up your business acumen while learning to address customer needs.

  • Be part of the team that is solving complex problems for the customer.

You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.

  • Prefer experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
