PDS Tech Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator, in Morris Plains, NJ.

Summary:

  • Process invoices and handle budget alignment in Company’s expense system.

  • Develop simple written materials (letters, intranet articles, etc.).

  • Special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have 3-5 years Coordinator experience within a Communications department.

  • Candidate also must have strong grammatical writing skills, with ability to develop clear, concise messages.

  • Candidate should have billing experience – preferably in Compass.

  • Candidate should have an understanding of business processes and vernacular.
