PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Supervisor (Mid)-Maintenance Tech-E&T-PH-US
DEPARTMENT/TEAM DESCRIPTION:
- GMP Operations manages a pilot plant operation in a GMP environment which manufactures/packages products for clinical studies.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The position is to support preventive maintenance, set-up, and operation of processing/packaging equipment along with troubleshooting issues.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
List the primary job duties and responsibilities using headings and then give examples of the types of activities under each heading.
Identify six to eight duties and responsibilities for the position, including how tasks are accomplished and anticipated results.
Preventive maintenance of processing/packaging equipment using standard templates as per schedule
Purchase materials for the department
Unpack and start up new equipment
Set-up packaging and packaging equipment for running batches
Troubleshooting equipment issues
Support actual batch processing and packaging when needed
Documenting work using good documentation practices
Other GMP document work as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Education Requirement(s):
- High school minimum
Skill & Competency Requirements: (list 3 to 5 non-negotiable items such as years of experience, industry of preference, specific knowledge items, professional certifications, skills, abilities, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years mechanical experience with processing equipment
Familiar with working in a GMP environment and using Good Documentation Practices
Preferences: (list nice-to-haves such a specific knowledge items, certifications, skills, abilities, etc.)
Skills in MS Word to include formatting, paragraph options, and tables
Some Excel experience
Experience with data entry into database
