PDS Tech Inc Airplane Health Monitor System Development in Nagoya, Japan

In this role, you will provide coordination and management of outsourcing developer to promote developing AHM system, Troubleshooting tool, eFIM system and Failure predication tool and to promote verification of each system.

  • To promote developing each system

  • Coordination and management of outsourcing developer

  • Developing system requirement and specification including coordination with customers

  • Supporting actual implementation by outsourcing developer

  • To promote verification of each system

  • Coordination and management of outsourcing developer for verification of each system

  • Planning and correspondence of verification of each system

  • Developing test result report

Some domestic/international travel will be required. Position is in Nagoya, Japan.


AHM: Airplane Health Monitoring

eFIM: Electrical Fault Isolation Manual

Supplemental Information

AHM system: “AHM” is a system to assist determining maintenance needs while an airplane is operating using real-time airplane data.

Troubleshooting tool: “Troubleshooting tool” is a system to give enhanced troubleshoot-supporting services to customers.

eFIM system: “eFIM” is to provide a web-based interactive Fault Isolation Manual (FIM) to operators instead of distributing hardcopy and/or PDF type of FIM in order to give operators more effective and efficient for fault isolation means.

Failure predication tool: “Failure prediction tool” is a system to predict failure and to give a recommendation for a preventive maintenance action in advance of actual failure occurrence.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Experience of AHM development and management

  • Experience of system development

  • Business Level English Skill

Preferred Requirement:

  • Work Experience of Aircraft Maintenance

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skill

  • Business Level Japanese Skill
