NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY in the staffing industry – just a bit (1-2 years) of working experience OR any college degree.

Sales / Business Development / Account Executive (Entry Level)
What you will do:
Prospect/penetrate new accounts
Network within existing accounts to maximize sales growth over the phone, via email, video calls, social media and site visits
Educate new customers on the benefits of using our specialized staffing services
Manage any issues that may result in revenue loss
Build long lasting business relationships with current and new clients
Recruiter (Entry Level)
What you will do:
Source, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including internal database, job boards, social media, referrals and networking
Identify, qualify, and establish relationships with candidates
Clearly communicate potential job opportunities
Consistently update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records and interviews
Communicate job offers and prepare candidates for starting their new role
Perform critical relationship-building activities, from coaching your consultants for an interview, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their assignment
Both positions are full time, direct hire with base salary of $46,800 - $52,000, + commissions + benefits.
