PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting/Mobility Coordinator in North Charleston, SC.


  • Supports the end-to-end recruiting and relocation/assignment authorization process. Supports the administration of hire, rehire and/or transfer of internal and external applicants to meet the company's business hiring needs

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process

  • Administer pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with regulations and avoidance of conflict of interest

  • Own the candidate experience and provide engagement throughout interview scheduling, the hiring process and beyond.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure ‘first day readiness’

  • Manage a high volume of confidential information at all times

  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load and time effectively

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in a customer service role

  • Experience in a role where attention to detail, accuracy and quality are needed

  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to be flexible, prioritize work and quickly learn new systems and skills

  • Experience with Workday

  • Communication skills
