PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is driving the hiring process for Manufacturing Technicians with experience in various manufacturing and production processes. As a Manufacturing Technician 2 with one of our industry-leading partners, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, testing, and calibration of complex aerospace components and systems. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, working closely with engineers to ensure precision and quality in production.
KEY CONSIDERATIONS
To be considered, candidates must be permanent residents of the United States (Green Card or Citizen) and must abide by Federal, State, Local, and organization-specific regulations and restrictions such as ITAR, FARs, and COIs. This posting is not for entry-level positions. To be considered, candidates must have relevant professional experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field.

Manufacturing Operations: Experience with all aspects of manufacturing operations, including setup and calibration tasks, as well as rework and quality testing.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data, enabling on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
Process Control and Development: Ability to determine and assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality.
Experimental Collaboration: Experience working with engineers to conduct experiments, contributing to the development of new manufacturing methods and products.
Pay Range: $20.19/hr to $ 27.40/hr
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques and tools.
Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards and best practices.
Previous experience working in a contract manufacturing environment, particularly within high-tech or aerospace sectors.

(Emphasis on Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Production Technicians)
Mechanical Technicians: Assemble, calibrate, and test mechanical systems and components, ensuring functionality and performance according to engineering specifications.
Electrical Technicians: Install and test electrical systems and wiring, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Manufacturing Technicians: Optimize manufacturing processes and conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency and reliability.
Quality Control Technicians: Implement quality control measures and inspection protocols to ensure products meet all required standards.
Test Technicians: Plan and execute test programs using specialized equipment and software to validate product performance.

Pay Details: $20.19 to $27.40 per hour
