Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist (Contract) to join our team in Peachtree City, Georgia. As a key part of the Customer Order Fulfillment (COF) team, you will process manage orders for aircraft spare parts, ensuring exceptional service for customers across the Americas.
Responsibilities
1. Order Processing (60%)
Process customer orders for aircraft parts and services, including quotations, order entry, sourcing, backorders, and logistics.
Provide customers with part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, and delivery information, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
2. Relationship Building (20%)
Build strong relationships with customers, showcasing our services to encourage trust and long-term business.
Offer alternative solutions for material sourcing, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
3. Technical Support (10%)
Assist Sales and Finance teams with debt account reconciliations to support profitability.
Respond to technical inquiries by utilizing technical documentation and collaborating with engineering departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service in a fast-paced environment required. Aerospace or aviation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is required. Candidates will undergo a hands-on assessment of these tools during the interview process.
Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education : Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
