PDS Tech Inc Administrative Assistant in Pewaukee, Wisconsin

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to 30 people in Construction Resources group, including contract planning, contract management, central scheduling, forestry, damage prevention, and quality assurance subgroups. Activities include organizing and maintaining data and generating reports with information related to contracted distribution construction and maintenance activities. Will have access to confidential customer information as well as contractor pricing and performance information.

PREFERRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint is essential. An associate level degree in business or another field is preferred. Previous experience in a utility, construction, service, or manufacturing business is desirable.

PREFERRED SKILLS

The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills and be able to identify creative solutions to complex problems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. The selected individual must possess excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills with an ability to work within a diverse work group. The individual should be driven with the ability to complete assignments on time and show initiative to resolve problems or issues.
