Job Summary: The Driver Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication with drivers on the street, documenting call-outs, preparing necessary paperwork, and ensuring accurate data entry in various systems. This role involves working closely with drivers to ensure smooth operations, tracking routes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Driver Calls: Receive and log calls from drivers on the street, addressing their needs, concerns, or inquiries promptly and accurately.

  • Document Driver Call-Outs: Record and track driver call-outs, ensuring all relevant details are captured for operational follow-up.

  • Prepare Paperwork for Drivers: Assist in the preparation and organization of driver-related paperwork, including routing documents and compliance forms.

  • Work in Excel Spreadsheets: Update and manage driver-related data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

  • Assign Driver Routes in Osapiens Database: Assign and update driver routes in the Osapiens database, ensuring accuracy and optimal routing for efficiency (training will be provided).

  • Work in SAP Database: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the SAP database to support daily operations and reporting (training will be provided).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with drivers and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in Excel for data entry, management, and reporting.

  • Ability to quickly learn and work in new software systems (Osapiens and SAP).

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate documentation and data tracking.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • On-the-job training will be provided for Osapiens and SAP systems.

  • This is a support role that requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach to assisting drivers and ensuring seamless operations.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based position with occasional interaction with drivers or field teams.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
