Key responsibilities:

You’ll receive inbound calls from consumers making immediate, “on demand” payments (which are taken via the web or Interactive Voice Response system). You’ll also provide a valued helping hand by trouble shooting failed payment attempts; providing confirmation of payments and responding to general payment questions.

Key criteria:

• Able to deliver a WOW customer experience, you will be a good listener who has genuine empathy for customers.

• You need to be dedicated, reliable and an effective team player who stays calm when handling difficult situations.

• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Macs is a must.

A pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen will be required.

Below are the schedules and training times:

schedules of 7am-3:30pm Tues-Sat….locked day off Sunday/monday

schedules of 1pm-9:30pm Sun-Thurs…locked day off Friday/saturday

Training should occur M-F:

1st class – 7am-3:30pm

2nd class – 3:30pm- 11pm
