Job Descriptions:
Process new or revise existing customer orders based on communication received from the customer via email, phone or the Customer Portal.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Confirm accuracy and material availability then prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Skills:
May require follow-up with internal functional groups such as buyers or shops, warranty or special program validation and shipping.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing and customer services fields.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and can handle working in a high volume, high visibility work environment.
