Qualifications / Skills:
May require follow-up with internal functional groups such as buyers or shops, warranty or special program validation and shipping.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing and customer services fields.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and can handle working in a high volume, high visibility work environment.
