PDS Tech is currently seeking Marketing Quality Assurance for our client in Phoenix, AZ
Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of all customer-facing client website pages to ensure compliance with client guidelines and policies.
Run website QA tool; review reports and liaison with digital team to take recommended actions
Review client email and blog copy to ensure message consistency across digital channels. Review non-digital materials as requested.
Assist with requests for use of copyrighted material and with copyright verifications
Draft documentation and handle other defined tasks as requested by QA & Compliance Leads
Verify lists and other defined tasks relating to database quality
Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment (3-5 years’ experience in lieu of degree)
High comfort level with technology platforms and digital communication
Previous experience with digital content quality assurance
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Results-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
Strong writing, editing and research skills
Minimum 2 years related experience in digital marketing, marketing, or advertising quality assurance, or a related field
Previous marketing content and website QA experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of legal concepts pertaining to marketing and advertising, such as copyright, trademarks and FTC guidelines on advertising claims and social media influencers
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and accept direction
Experience with tools such as Workfront and Site improvement
Willingness to continue learning about legal issues in marketing and advertising
Strong time management and project management skills to handle a high volume of work on complex topics
Serve as a backup copy editor as needed
