PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Redmond, WA.


  • Performs a variety of administrative functions.

  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.

  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.

  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.

  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Performs a variety of tasks.

  • Works under general supervision.

  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

  • Stock and order supplies.

  • Order and track engineering materials.

  • Help with cube set-up for new employees.

  • Keep name plates and lists current.

  • Order laptops, peripherals and software.

  • Support site events.

  • Distribute communications via email, bulletin boards and electronic boards.

  • Compile and edit weekly site newsletter.

  • Special projects as assigned.


  • Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

  • Strong organizational skills and follow-up.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to learn and teach others how to use company systems and processes.
