Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Contract length: Through end of 2024 minimally – opportunity to be hired on for the right candidate!
Shift: Weekends on 1st shift working 7a-7:45p (Fri-Sun)
As an Electrical Assembler, you will perform manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products. In addition, you may perform machine and line setups, feeder repairs and first line preventative maintenance.
Additional responsibilities for this role include:
Operates equipment and assembly machines and assembles various components through the use of pre-set up tools, fixtures and machines and performs any required preparation tasks requisite to fabrication.
Reviews and reworks similar components and assemblies.
Perform hand soldering of Through Hole, SMT, or Flex product while using a scope.
Prepares wire by cutting, stripping, twisting, tinning and solders, fastens wires, cables, resistors, capacitors and other parts and components to pwb’s, connectors, and assemblies.
Cleans parts and hand places components during production processes using in-line clean, hand clean and or vapor degreaser.
Qualified candidates should have:
High School education or equivalent.
Electronics and mechanical vocational training desirable.
2-3+ years experience in an electrical assembly capacity
Knowledge of product quality, soldering specifications and SMT processing systems.
Ability to set up, operate, and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment and tools.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
