PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Communications Professional (Expert)-Inter. Comms-CMA-Corp-US
Our company is hiring an experienced Communications Coordinator who will be supporting our efforts creating an informed and engaged Product Supply workforce.
Working for the Communications and Change Management Lead, this role will assist with the execution of communications-related initiatives that advance our culture to a digitally minded, empowered organization.
The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Communications Coordinator:
Write a variety of different content to support communications efforts for NA Product Supply business in the US and Canada using a variety of channels (Yammer, videos, newsletters, presentations, articles)
Contribute to cross-functional change and communication activities in support of engagement efforts
Metrics tracking and monitoring to analyze results and adjust plans as needed
Align messaging with Communications Lead and Change Managers of key projects/programs
Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies
Coordinate Community Outreach Network meetings and communications
Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, or marketing and at least 4-6 years of experience
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
High level of creativity
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and video production
Ability to think analytically
Ability to develop, monitor and deliver on critical timelines
Collaborate with business partners and foster diverse relationships
Preferred:
Agency experience
App development experience
