PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Communications Professional (Expert)-Inter. Comms-CMA-Corp-US

• Our company is hiring an experienced Communications Coordinator who will be supporting our efforts creating an informed and engaged Product Supply workforce.

• Working for the Communications and Change Management Lead, this role will assist with the execution of communications-related initiatives that advance our culture to a digitally minded, empowered organization.

The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Communications Coordinator:

• Write a variety of different content to support communications efforts for NA Product Supply business in the US and Canada using a variety of channels (Yammer, videos, newsletters, presentations, articles)

• Contribute to cross-functional change and communication activities in support of engagement efforts

• Metrics tracking and monitoring to analyze results and adjust plans as needed

• Align messaging with Communications Lead and Change Managers of key projects/programs

• Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies

• Coordinate Community Outreach Network meetings and communications

• Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, or marketing and at least 4-6 years of experience

• Strong writing and interpersonal skills

• High level of creativity

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and video production

• Ability to think analytically

• Ability to develop, monitor and deliver on critical timelines

• Collaborate with business partners and foster diverse relationships

Preferred:

• Agency experience

• App development experience
