PDS Tech Inc Installation Manager in Saint Louis, Missouri
Manage/schedule remote and on-site installations for a growing software company in the amusement arcade industry. The understanding of hardware installations and networking knowledge is a plus.
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who can develop their team of installers toward excellence. Strong communication skills are a must to execute scheduling, speaking with customers and directing installers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Up to 5 years’ experience managing installs is ideal, being organized, positive and detail oriented is necessary.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Up to 5+ years’ experience
Manages development of their installers
Build strong working relationship among employee installers and sub-contractors
Work with sales representatives and other department heads when needed
Monitor completion and accuracy of daily installs
Ability to lead and drive change with a growth mindset
Identify installers or subs who need performance improvement plans
Recruit, develop and sustain new installers
A degree in IT or Electronics is preferred
Understanding of hardware installations
Understanding of networking
Dependable and organized
Effective conflict/resolution and critical thinking skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to build strong relationships with vendors/sub-contractors
Bi-lingual is a plus
Experience in the arcade or gaming industry is a plus
