PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Test & Evaluation Lab Technician in Berkeley, MO

Description:

• Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems.

• Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down.

• Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results.

• Troubleshoots basic laboratory and test-related problems.

• Works under close supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards

• Experience working with and/or interpreting engineering data or engineering drawings

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Associate’s degree or higher

• 1+ years of experience in reading electrical schematic diagrams

• Experience with fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment

• Experience with J-Std-001

• Experience with building electronic circuit card assemblies

• 1+ years of experience with mechanical and assembly integration

Education / Experience:

• AA degree in related discipline preferred.
