Position Details:
Job Title: Flight Readiness Technician B
Job Type: Full time; Consultant (9 Months)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78226
Schedule: Must be flexible to work both first or second shift
Pay Rate: $37.50 - $39.50 per hour
Responsibilities: As a Flight Readiness Technician B, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring aircraft readiness for delivery. Your tasks will include:
Performing rework and modifications on aircraft.
Conducting preflight and post-flight checks to ensure planes are ready for delivery.
Troubleshooting various systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and assisting in component repairs.
Must-Have Requirements:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant License: You must hold this license.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Live Aircraft Systems Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience with live aircraft systems and flight operations.
Preferred Requirements:
Work Experience: 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Aerospace Fabrication: Minimum 3 months of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing.
Aircraft Production Systems: Familiarity with aircraft production systems.
Field/Flight Line Operations: Experience with field and flight line operations.

Pay Details: $37.50 to $39.50 per hour
