PDS Tech, Inc is seeking a candidate for the Administrative Assistant III, in San Jose, CA.

Collects information, prepares reports and training packages; sets up training schedules for safety training; enters data in to data bases and ensures accurate and timely completion of required tasks.

These activities may involve internal and external contacts and exposure to exclusive information necessitating considerable use of tact and discretion.

Incumbent’s responsibilities include handling of Protected Health Information as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and the implementing Privacy Rule.

Incumbent must receive training on HIPAA, Privacy Rule, and company policies and procedures within 30 days of assignment, or be relieved of PHI related duties.

Skills Required :

Data entry, ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Education Required :

High school or equivalent
