PDS Tech is seeking an IT - Encompass Systems Administrator for an open position in Santa Ana, CA


The Systems Administrator is responsible for the successful management and maintenance of Greenlight’s Loan Origination System using Ellie Mae’s Encompass. The System’s Administrator will also be responsible for work flows, edits, creating new screens, improving processes and other system administration functions.


Describe the essential functions for which the Job is accountable. Essential Functions are those which are specific and unique to this position and when removed changes the nature of the job itself.

  • Effectively manage and maintain Ellie Mae Encompass Loan Origination System.

  • Work directly with the project management team for systems-related projects and technical issues during the initiation and planning phases.

  • Scripting and programming.

  • Verify the purity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key procedures, analyzing system and application logs and verifying the completion of scheduled work.

  • Responsible for performing day-to-day monitoring to determine health of systems.

  • Travel between the offices will be required, as is after-hours support and pager response.


What level of education or specialized training is required to perform the job?

  • 5+ years of recent Systems Administration experience.

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area preferred.

  • Experience with Mortgage LOS systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment as well as with minimal supervision.

  • Must be ok to go to various sites at the drop of a hat.
