PDS Tech Inc Administrative Assistant II in Santa Clara, California

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Cupertino, CA

Responsibilities

• Schedule and Coordinate internal and external meetings for 2-3 Sr. Directors

• Manage complex calendars across different time zones

• Provide support to multiple Senior leaders and their teams

• Coordinate meetings, activities, communications on behalf of Senior leaders

• Support Overall Admin team across the organization on various projects

• Ordering and stocking equipment and supplies

• General office duties as needed

• Build cross-functional relationships between departments

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of admin assistant experience supporting Senior level team leaders

• Proven ability to handle confidential information

• Familiar with Mac and iCal

• Experience as an admin in a larger organization (500+ employees)

• Flexible and can learn quickly

• Extremely strong communications skills (email, text, in-person, video calls)
