PDS Tech Inc Network Administrator in Santa Clarita, California
PDS TECH INC is currently looking for a Network Administrator for our Motorsports client in Santa Clarita, CA.
Candidates must be local to the Santa Clarita, CA area as work will be onsite. Client will provide relocation assistance.
Candidates must be USC or have a GC.
Candidates MUST have at least 2+ years of experience with Azure/Power BI.
• Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware
• Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
• Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
• Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
• Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
• Setting up software packages for deployment in Software Center
• Experience with Azure, Acronis Backup Solutions, and PowerBI
• Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Around 5 years of work experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least one year of work experience.
Demonstrated experience in the development, support and secure management of IT assets in a corporate environment.
