PDS Tech is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our client in Scottsdale, AZ
Description :
This position will need to create job aids and perform scheduling for a 24/7 department.
Be able to follow instructions for scheduling and meeting staffing needs
Skills needed are Microsoft apps, Team, Outlook, & writing skills.
Acts as a liaison between the department and outside customers/contractors by responding to inquiries and/or providing educational resources
Prepares for unforeseen emergencies or changes in priorities
Other duties as assigned
