PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Commercial Escrow Assistant in Seattle, Washington.

In this role, you'll be the crucial link between buyers, sellers, and lenders, ensuring that each step of the escrow process runs smoothly. Your organizational skills will shine as you handle documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve any issues that arise.
Job Title: Commercial Escrow Assistant
Job Type: Full time; Contract (3 months)
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: up to $33.85 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Provides escrow services for commercial transactions
Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process
Pay Details: $29.29 to $33.85 per hour
