PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Specialist in Mesa, AZ.

Description:

  • Human Resource Services & Total Rewards Delivery seeks a highly-skilled and motivated individual to support compensation related activities for US and non-US HR programs. This position is in a growing organization that is partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure service delivery excellence to global employees.

  • The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must have international experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that may span time zones. The candidate must have a background in compensation with strong communications and project management skills. He or she must be able to maintain positive relationships with leadership and all levels of the organization and external suppliers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate international process relocation payments and notification process.

  • Partner with Human Business and Total Rewards Partners to process non-exempt California time charging, offer process Compra-Ratio Data Extraction, signing bonus analysis, and new hire salary deviations.

  • Implement compensation transactions either through company HR systems or manually – promotions, out of sequence, reclassifications, job code changes, country to country moves, etc. Ensure information is provided in a timely manner to payroll, HR Operations, and other key organizations.

  • Partner with other HR workgroups to create new or update pay practices to ensure compliance.

  • Respond to, resolve, and track employee inquiries, as directed and serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert to drive to resolution to problems and issues.

  • Support required operational activities linked to the implementation of new programs or changes to existing programs.

  • Support the roll out of annual salary review process and ongoing operational support during the cycle in conjunction with HR partners.

  • Create ad hoc reports to support compensation related analysis.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders on initiatives and actions in support of the continuous improvement of services.

  • Perform transactions using HR technologies (e.g., Workday, case management, SharePoint).

  • Perform other duties in support of HR Services broader statement of work as directed by leadership (e.g., partner with colleagues in the support of benefits activities).

Skills:

  • Proficiency working with Microsoft office especially in Excel

  • Experience and/or skills to be able to support multiple concurrent compensation related activities

  • Flexibility to work under pressure to meet the project needs/deadlines

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's and typically 2-4 years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 2 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and certification.

  • Ability to manage project teams and delivery outcomes
