PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Training Content Creator in Tempe, AZ

Responsible for designing and developing high-quality and engaging content for the training efforts of a large change initiative driven by Human Resources which will impact around 3,000 employees. This will include defining the proper training content vehicles and methods to reach several different audiences. In this role you will work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Remote for the most part but may need to come onsite for larger planning meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the project team and other key stakeholders to identify and analyze training needs and efforts for the target audience

  • Develop training materials and curriculum for different levels of employees for a large change initiative including online course modules, , videos, slide decks, guides, job aids and more

  • Organize and schedule resources according to the project plan

  • Consult other internal departments for the provision of services not available within the team due to skill and/or resource availability

  • Collaborate with internal departments to establish objectives, complete training tasks and identify and solve problems

  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications Team to ensure communication for required training and education is identified within the communication strategy and plan and aligns with company policy

  • Identify, define, track, asses and report metrics on training effectiveness

  • Maintain training reports on all training activities

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Required

5 years of experience in a training role on client facing projects, preferably including Human Resources initiatives
