PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Administrative Associate in Tewksbury, MA
This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Facilities Maintenance Service Desk.
The CSR will be responsible for receiving, processing, and completing Facilities Maintenance requests as well as generating and distributing/dispatching the work requests to the appropriate persons/site.
Responsibilities also include filing, system updates, and additional duties as assigned.
Shift is 7:00am-3:30pm, occasional need for early start or late day coverage for team absence.
Basic Qualifications and Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience
Experience with Windows based applications (word, excel, power point)
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a customer service environment
Positive and professional, tactful, courteous and diplomatic
Capable of handling difficult situations and client/customer complaints
Ability to learn and perform required duties on Management software
Ability to read and comprehend Company Materials
