PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator, in Troy, OH.

The Contracts professionals in LS work collaboratively to provide first class service to internal and external clients and are seeking a talented and highly motivated candidate to join the Contracts Group as a contracted/temporary employee to support contracts for the supply and maintenance of aircraft landing gear, wheels and brakes for the commercial and military aircraft industry

  • Support Contract Specialists with the administration of proposals and executed contracts in support of Commercial Aftermarket and some Military OEM and Aftermarket programs in compliance with internal policies and procedures.`

  • Tracking and monitoring of open proposals, status reports, as well as working with Demand Management, Finance, and Sales on the understanding of contractual requirements, and deliverables.

  • On-going contract administration throughout the term of contracts, including the tracking and flow down and of all expiring contracts.

  • Analysis of settlements for contractual claims, including working in SAP to track contractual claims and other contractual requirements.

  • Promote an ethics-based business culture within LS.

  • Develop positive working relationships with internal business teams.

  • Support the Contracts Group in reaching goals regarding ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) Operating System.

  • Perform research to provide guidance, interpretation, advice and interface with the business team, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Demand Management regarding contractual aspects of the program(s).

  • May interpret, prepare, administer and act as conduit to the legal team regarding a wide range of other agreements including complex Non-Disclosure agreements, service contracts, international representative agreements and others.

  • Other duties as assigned.
