PDS Tech Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant, in Tucson, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across MSD and RMS to coordinate new hire onboarding activities which include: ordering assets/seating assignments/network access for new employees

• Working with the admin team to support directorate initiatives

• Drafting departmental and directorate correspondence

• Organizing and prioritizing leadership calendars to minimize schedule conflicts

• Planning and coordinating domestic/international travel

• Preparing and submitting expense reports

• Reserving and approving conference rooms

• Arranging business lunches

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite including: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Demonstrated professional experience working in an administrative environment

• Highly proficient in organizing data and documents with the ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel information

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the capability to respond quickly and effectively to non-routine requests and situations

• Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment for assisting management and employees

• Proficient with database management

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Previous defense industry and/or Raytheon experience

• Proficient with web based tools such as eRoom, SAP/APEX, WebTE, and SharePoint

• Familiarity with ITAR restrictions as related to Defense Contractors

• An Associate's Degree or some college is desirable

Required Education:

• High School diploma with 4+ years’ related experience
