Salary: Base + Commission (Uncapped)

We are looking for self-confident experienced Business Development Professionals that can persevere in the staffing world.

Job duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Generating new staffing, SOW and project support leads from Fortune 500 companies with in the Automotive sectors

  • Qualifying leads by collecting and recording information in PDS systems

  • Ensuring PDS inclusion in RFP’s and RFQ’s

  • Developing relationships with VMS and MSP’s to acquire end user clients

  • Develop relationships with procurement, HR and line management at existing and potential clients to develop potential business and provide recruiter feedback

  • Coordinate closely with the Branch or Recruiting Manager and recruiting staff to improve recruiting metrics and client satisfaction

  • Participate in bids and RFP processes

  • Close contracts

Qualifications:

  • Extensive sales experience in the staffing industry with a highly successful track record.

  • In depth knowledge, partnerships within the Automotive industry.

  • High aptitude for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships

  • Ability and aptitude to work with systems like Salesforce.com to gather institutional information and track progress

  • Exceptional communication skills, professional image, upbeat personality and a strong desire to succeed

  • An attitude of persistence

  • Strong work ethic and desire to earn high commissions

  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
