PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Business Analyst in Waltham, MA.
Job Description:
This position is a remote/telecommuting position.
RIS DT will be transitioning to a new set of services for end user desktop support and asset management in 2023.
This role will require understanding current state processes and identifying specific changes to them with stakeholder impacts, working with multiple stakeholders on developing, documenting, reviewing and approving future state processes;
identifying supplier requirements related to RTX provided ServiceNow; validation that solution delivery meets business requirements.
Sense of urgency and encouraging the same within the rest of the organization.
