The role is external-facing as the site often hosts customers and government officials.
Front Desk support in a Business Professional environment.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks which may include but not limited to scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, composing memos or, transcribing notes.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Requires a high school diploma with at least 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
