PDS Tech Inc Manufacturing Engineer in Waterloo, Iowa
PDS Tech is recruiting for manufacturing Engineers in Waterloo, Ia.
Knowledge of 3D CAD and CAM software (TDM, FeatureCAM, Pro/NC and/or Vericut) or equivalent
Knowledge of Lathes and Machining Centers in the areas of steel or iron machining
Understanding of cutting tooling and tooling systems
Exp. with in-process gauging and multi-axis machining
BS degree preferred but will look at equivalent exp.
1-2 years exp. preferred but are open to fresh grad with strong CNC internship exp. or worked as a machinist during school
Develop machining processes for new and existing parts
Develop CNC machining programs using CAM Software
Support projects that introduce new CNC equipment into the factory from planning through beginning production
Support, plan and implement CNC processes for product development
