PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Contract Specialist in Whippany, NJ

Position Summary:

  • Within the Global Oncology CBI Team, this position is responsible for the coordination and preparation of materials and presentations for all team and external meetings.

  • This includes weekly and monthly departmental meetings, monthly international CBI Oncology meeting, and quarterly market research program process reviews.

  • Additional this role is also responsible for all aspects of project initiation from contract requests, purchase order requisition, to monthly budget tracking

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Owns and manages essential communication platforms such as CBI Oncology SharePoint, CBI TEAMS pages such as Data Privacy/Legal contract clauses; CBI project tracker; CBI calendar tracker; and facilitates cross-functional team use of new technologies and resources

  • Manages Global CBI Oncology budget tracking, SOWs for Market Research activities, purchase order creation, and invoice to PO tracking, expense report review to ensure that all costs are correctly tracked and tightly managed

  • Additionally, supports activities of the Executive Director CBI Oncology and 10 Global CBI team members. This can include manage department logistics and meetings, and support special/ad-hoc requests

  • Responsible for summarizing, publishing and communicating secondary data updates to the CBI Oncology Knowledge Management platform to global and local user group

  • Serves as a project member within international cross-functional CBI projects requiring in-depth knowledge on the procurement and processes of market research and competitive intelligence.

Education Requirement(s):

  • Undergraduate degree in business

Skill & Competency Requirements:

  • 4+years working in project management, contracting, executive level support

  • Strong coordination skills relating to project management and cross functional meetings

  • Demonstrated competency in efficiently managing multiple projects with different time frames and priorities and aligning needs

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and drive results with minimal supervision

  • Must be proficient in PC with demonstrated history of adopting new technology quickly


  • Familiarity with Bayer systems (SAP, CLMS, Contracting processes)
