PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Events & Engagements Analyst (Marketing Operations) – Speaker Program and Display Oncology Brands Support
Speaker Bureau programs
Financial Reconciliation of Speaker Bureau Events
Request and Process SOW
Process Approvals for Invoice with Brands
Attend Weekly Brand Calls
Provide Overview of Budget/Forecast versus Events on Books
Provide Updates on Any New / Adjusted Compliance Guidance
Provide Updates on System Integration / Upgrades
Process "General Correspondence" for Speaker Programs (typically annual renewal)
Provide "High Level" Reporting (where needed) that can't be provided by the reporting team.
Monthly Finance Files and review Average Costs, On Books, and Projections
SOW versus Actuals versus Projections
Budget/Forecast versus Events on Books - weekly update
Compensation Reporting
Partner with VDE (to review Master List of Brand Correspondence / PRT Content Decks) to review expiration dates
Provide Support / Guidance for New Brand Initiatives
Adhoc. Requests (including but not limited to):
Communicate access / roster issues with approval flows to the Alignment team - if the Roster responsibilities shift
Escalation requests provided by VDE on behalf of the Brand
Field-Driven Displays
Financial Reconciliation of Display Events
Request and Process SOW
Process Approvals for Invoice with Brands
Attend Weekly Brand Calls
Monthly Finance Files and review Average Costs, On Books, and Projections

Education:
- College degree with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
IMPORTANT NOTE for POTENTIAL US CANDIDATES: Our client expects its colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
